Abstract:

The work is devoted to the study of the components of one of the dangerous professions in the world - the profession of a sailor. Key points that can lead to physical and emotional stress for seafarers are considered. Such loads can lead both to illness, against the background of psycho-emotional failures, and to deaths, some of which are suicides. It is important to study changes in the functional and psycho-emotional state of seafarers during long voyages. The monitoring of the functional state of seafarers for a long time is analyzed in the science work. The experiment involved volunteer sailors. Based on the monitoring carried out, the analysis of the psychoemotional state of the seafarers´ bodies is carried out. This is the novelty of the work. Understanding the "work" of your body, the behavior of the body in a particular situation, time of day, you can "influence", adjust the work of the body. We emphasize that these adjustments are possible with a young body. This analysis is also of practical importance. The experiment is carried out by the subjects themselves. The "purity" of the experiment is confirmed by the accuracy and reliability of the research, and not by the subjective assessment of the subjects. To study the functioning of the functional systems of the body, the indicators of the cardiovascular and nervous systems of the body were used. In particular, direct and derived Baevsky indicators are used to study the psycho-emotional state of sailors. The indicators of the work of the sympathetic system, the parasympathetic system, as well as the indicators of Baevsky´s regulatory systems, which reflect the level of psychoemotional load of the human body, were studied. The work shows the monitoring of these indicators at different time intervals of the day, as well as for a long time. The work is relevant, carrying scientific novelty and practical significance
