The heat transfer models for device of cardiopulmonary bypass in the form of a system of ordinary differential equations are presented. The numerical heat transfer model in the myocardium, which takes into account the initial temperature distribution and free convection mechanism in the myocardium. The numerical model allows us to estimate the temperature of the process parameters of hypothermia and hyperthermia heart and to investigate changes in the gradient of the temperature on the surface of the myocardium at the time of registration of thermal images of the heart
