Abstract:

The article is an overview and analyzes the problems in health care and tourism due to the pandemic. There were a number of problems. Among them there are two main ones. It is noted that in Ukraine the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service was liquidated in 2017 in Ukraine the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service was liquidated in 2017. To monitor the situation in March 2020, the Cabinet reinstated the post of Chief State Sanitary Doctor. doctor, without the restoration of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service. Another problem facing our health care system and the health care systems of other countries is the lack of oxygen for critically ill patients. However, telemedicine received some development during the pandemic. Most of the workload has shifted from the clinic to family doctors, who in turn try to weed out some patients by diagnosing remotely. The situation with tourism is characterized by both progressive and short-sighted actions. Problems of water and air disinfection in transport of different states are considered. It is shown that the greatest infection with the virus occurs not in the transport of large human flows, but in elevators. It is noted that in African countries, incorrect data are given on the number of detected cases in the absence of the number of tests performed. It is noted that it is possible to carry out disinfection in the premises of UV. Undoubtedly, the pandemic has led to great progress in the field of distance learning. In the field of pharmacology, the pandemic has given impetus to the development of vaccines, but questions remain about the development of drugs now in the world are developing and testing more than 150 drugs potentially effective against the virus
