Abstract:

The multifaceted influence of music on the human psyche has made music therapy one of the most promising modern methods of treating patients with nervous system disorders. It is proved that music, due to its ability to influence the inner world of man, helps patients to get rid of emotional discomfort, conflict, duration; corrects emotional state; can restore peace of mind, ie have a positive effect on the mental health of the individual. The healing effect of music on the human body was noticed at the dawn of civilization. Mystical legends explained the improvement of well-being and mood, reduction of painful sensations, fear, return of vigor, energy under the influence of enchanting sounds of music.
