MODELING OF THE ELASTIC-STRESSED STATE OF SMALL PROTISE

Abstract:

Work carried both experimental and theoretical character. Experimental researches made in certain possibilities of use of new material "NERGSTOM" and titanic alloys for prosthetics and implantation. Having analyzed the results received by means of high-precision analyzer "EKSPERT-001", it is possible to draw a conclusion on expediency of prosthetics of patients cast integral bridge artificial limbs and crowns from alloy "NERGSTOM" at values рН a saliva = 7,0 and 8,0. From the received results on studying titanic implant it is visible, that in all contact steams titanic implant with ignoble alloys of value EOF are in norm limits, unlike noble alloys. There was 3 developed х a measured computer model of a tooth with all its difficult internal structure and surrounding fabrics. Research is lead by a method of final elements with use of program complex ANSYS. The received numerical results will agree with biomechanical parameters tooth´ system. Computer volume modelling can be useful to stomatologists of any profile as on the monitor screen probably in details to examine all investigated object or its any part in the necessary foreshortening and scale, and also to give more correct forecast of an offered design of a tooth artificial limb. The use of the system for the production of purely-ceramic sand-dentures is carried out only with a number of restrictions associated with low strength of the prosthesis and consistent reduction of the strength (fatigue) of the frame material. According to the remote results, practically all solid-ceramic prostheses made on different systems from different manufacturers, after three years of operation, lose up to 30% of the declared strength. More and more proliferation in real time was obtained by high-strength and aesthetic bridge prosthesis, the frames of which are made of zirconium oxide. This is the only material that can be used for the construction of frameworks under bridge designs and other designs of prostheses. But for the present, metal is used for prosthetics, in particular not only for the framework, but also for implantation, etc. In this regard, it is necessary to search for new metals and alloys and study their corrosion resistance in the oral cavity. In addition, you must determine the strength of the crown or prosthesis when using the pad on the depulpted tooth.
