Abstract:

The work is devoted to the study of the influence of galvanization conditions on the properties of solutions of medicinal preparations. For the study, three medicinal preparations were selected: vitamin B12, concentration -0.04% and 0.5%; Analgin concentration -2 and 5%, but-sppa -0.5 and 1%. For the studies, the apparatus was used, which includes a pH-meter, a colorimeter, a power unit, and a clock. It was found that the effect of the concentration of the substance in the working solution on its administration into the body by the method of electrophoresis is relatively and reliably in the region of small and medium concentrations (up to 2-3%). At high concentrations, a deviation from linearity is observed. Therefore, more concentrated solutions (above 3%) should not be used in medical electrophoresis. It is shown that an increase in the current and duration of the procedure leads to an increase in the electrophoretic effect. Currently, in medical practice, physical methods of treatment are widely used. They have high therapeutic efficacy, are universal, are generally available, relatively cheap and do not cause adverse reactions in therapeutic dosages. Physical therapy methods can be used independently and in combination with other therapeutic measures. Among the methods of physiotherapy, one of the leading places belongs to electroplating and medical electrophoresis, which in individual institutions make up 20-25% of all physiotherapeutic procedures. Frequent use of direct current with therapeutic purposes is due, on the one hand, to broad indications and its high efficiency in many diseases, on the other hand - the simplicity of methods and the possibility of their widespread use. Due to the complex influence on the organism of the physical factor (direct current) and the introduction of drugs with it, it is possible not only to achieve the therapeutic effect at significantly lower dosages, but also to avoid those adverse reactions observed in other types of drug therapy
