Abstract:

The work is devoted to diagnosing the aging of the body according to the parameters of the circulatory system, in particular, in the form of a pulse wave. The study was conducted in different age groups and among men and women. It was determined that with age changes occur in all organs and systems of the body. The most simple and curative information is the cardiovascular system. It is established that the age of a person is reflected in the form of a pulse wave. The pulse wave of young people is characterized by a rapid rise, an acute peak. The sphygmogram curve in the elderly is distinguished by a slow rise with a rounded apex, often with arched forms. Along with this, there is a smoothing or absence of a dicrotic wave on the descending part. When comparing the sphygnograms of men and women, it is shown that the general pattern is the same. The main distinguishing feature is the shape of a dicrotic wave. It is established that the coefficients of the shape of the pulse wave can serve as one of the indicators of the biological age of man. Improvement of existing diagnostic methods remains an urgent problem and an important direction in the development of modern medicine. Therefore, it seems advisable to develop non-invasive methods of express diagnosis that would provide informative monitoring of the functional state of the whole organism. One of the integral indicators of the human functional state in normal and in pathological deviations is the dynamics of transport of blood in vessels, which is reflected by the shape and parameters of the pulse wave (PC). In order to detect any deviations, first of all, it is necessary to construct a model of a healthy person´s FH, to find out the dependence of parameters of normal PC from age and sex, to justify the choice of additional parameters, which along with the pulse wave should be used for rapid diagnosis. Since all the systems of the organism with age change, it is logical to assume that for each age there are their norms of indicators, which could be quantified to assess human health.
