Abstract:

Electrosurgery is the most commonly used procedure presented in the operating room. Electrosurgical instruments, including high-frequency generators and instruments for the dissection and coagulation of biological tissues, are used in almost all surgical interventions. The implementation of hemostasis is an indispensable stage of any surgical intervention. The total duration of the operation, the severity of the course of the postoperative period, the character of the restoration of the functions of the operated organs and tissues depend on the quality and speed of hemostasis provision.
