Abstract:

The method of laser scattering has studied the effect of the water-ice-water phase transition and its aftereffects on the structural and informational properties of water, depending on the conditions of its conduction - the rate of defrosting, the information impact before the freezing of the initial water. The influence of these conditions on the process of cluster formation in it after the phase transition is found. It has been established that the long-term memory of water whose carrier is the spin configuration of quadrivalent oxygen atoms of large-scale clusters is not destroyed by the transition of ice-water.
