Abstract:

In this paper we consider a variety of options for using photodiode in laser rangefinder. The research of leading world producers from considering price and performance photodiodes is made. The emphasis on support for domestic producers and improve the products produced in Ukraine. Are shown some effective ways for modernization rangefinders.
